Lisa Brown is the Vice President of Creative at NNE Marketing, an agency that produces fundraising packages exclusively for non-profit organizations. Over the last decade, she has written and developed winning creative for some of the most renowned nonprofits in the nation, including Alzheimer’s Association, Habitat for Humanity International, Mercy Corps, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and many others. Prior to her entry into the agency world, Lisa was the Director of Communications at NEADS/Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans.
From about 2000-2014, Lisa was involved with Helping Hands in a variety of roles – first as a monkey husbandry volunteer, then as a full-time monkey trainer, and finally as a foster parent (for 8 years) to a retired service monkey. She is thrilled to rejoin the Helping Hands family as a member of the Board of Directors. Lisa has a Master of Science in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College.
